Other film credits for her comprise The 636 (for which she was awarded Best Actress during the 2014 NYLA International Film Festival), Shattered! Never Die Alone, American Adobo, as well as American Adobo. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Keesha after she graduated. from the Conservatory, Keesha set her goals for the stage. She performed in the Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted off-Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind and was in eight different roles on the theatrical comedy Eat the Runt. The other theatre productions include Abyssinia, Aida, Thunder Knockin', Jitney, The Producers, Big Street, Suburb and Joe Turner's Come and Gone, in which Keesha read alongside playwright August Wilson himself. Her work also includes the directing of episodes from "Lethal Weapon", Are We There Yet?" and short films One Day Lillian and Half Off. Keesha has a variety of projects she is working on, such as Clean The Brit & Broken Doll. Keesha is currently working on an album of full length that will display her voice following her success with "Santa Baby".
